Customers are asked to provide certain personal information when they order our reports, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing information (such as a credit card number). The personal information collected is used to manage a customer’s account (such as for billing purposes). Marketdata and Earthlink do not see your credit card number, since it is encrypted under The “Cybercash” System used by Cardservice International. This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances.
If you order products through the “Earthlink Store” on Marketdata’s website, Earthlink will use the personal information you provide only to process that order. Earthlink does not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

When visitors or customers send email inquiries to Marketdata the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Marketdata does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.
